We will be shooting the moon rising over the Iwo Jima memorial in Washington, DC. The moon will rise just after sunset, giving us a nice blue sky with which to work. Bring your big lens for this shoot.

You are on your own to get to the Iwo Jima memorial in Virginia at sundown and meet John Maloney, CMPG Outings Coordinator. He will also be taking a group into DC for night shots if desired.
