MEMBERS ONLY
NOTE: The August meeting is on THURSDAY, August 2nd, due to the school being closed on our normal meeting day. We will return to Wednesdays in September!
Please join us for our August General Meeting. We will have Larry Cohen give a talk on street photography. As we plan our outing to New York City in October, this will give us a head start in prepping for our trip.
Larry Cohen is a Baltimore based photographer and member of the international Observe Collective. His current focus is the social justice movement and the rhythm of the streets of Baltimore. Off the streets, he has extensive experience shooting off camera flash from his involvement in the Richmond, DC, Baltimore, & Philadelphia Burner communities. Energy, context, adaptability & a varied extensive skill set matches his appreciation for people as craft meets instinct, work ethic, and drive. A diary of his photographic interests can be found here: I Shot Baltimore.
