Volunteer Photographers Needed for Two Hero-Dogs Events

Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Delaplaine Arts Center in Frederick, MD, as Hero Dogs launches the public phase of their capital campaign to build a new training and housing facility. The event runs 6-9pm with hors d'oeuvres, drinks, an auction, and of course, DOGS!  Would be great to have two CMPG volunteers.

Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Olney, MD, for the graduation of the class of 2026 of Hero Dogs.  The event runs from 2-4 pm.  Last year CMPG took outdoor portraits of the twelve graduating dogs and their partners, graduation photos as they appeared on-stage, and general candid photos.  CMPG is looking for someone to focus on the portraits, someone to coordinate, and one or two people to focus on the ceremony and candids.  We enjoyed supporting last year, but several people have conflicts with this year’s date.
